Use objects like Vintage or Antique Mason Jars, Baskets, Buckets, etc.
You can use new or used lampshades. Just find one that you love, then find a perfect space to hang it. Some options include kitchen islands, tables, reading nooks, etc.
There are multiple options to do this process, but these are the supplies I used.
I used a vintage Capiz Shell Lampshade I found at a garage sale, a Porcelain Keyless Socket Adapter Kit (for a fixture), and a Swag Light Kit.
Always make sure to have no electrical current when doing these projects. Do not plug it in until it's finished.
Sandwich the threaded loop and threaded nipple. Connect the threaded loop from the top and the threaded nipple from underneath. Then thread the bottom of the socket to the nipple.

It's important to put the hot and neutral wires where they belong to avoid electrical issues or being shocked. In this instance, the gold screw was for the hot wire.

Then connect the neutral wire to the silver screw as shown above.

Carefully pull the cord up with the connected socket and screw it into place on the metal socket arm that's already connected to the threaded nipple.
