Supplies & Tools You May Need
To go a bit more vintage print these designs on regular printer paper, cut them out with scissors or a paper cutter, and punch out the hole. Then give them a quick soak in a tea bath to age the paper. Then allow them to fully dry before use.

Tea Staining Tags for Extra Vintage Flare
Enhance the nostalgic charm of your Halloween tags with a touch of artistry. Tea staining tags can infuse extra vintage flair into your creations, bringing a warm and aged aesthetic to your Halloween decorations.
How to Tea Stain Your Vintage-Style Halloween Treat Tags
Follow these easy instructions to add even more charm to these vintage-style tags.
Step One
Brew yourself up a bowl of tea. Black tea is best suited as it creates a really dark wash.
Let the tea steep and cool before adding your tags.
Step two
Allow your tags to sit immersed in the cooled tea for several minutes (1-2 minutes).
Step Three
Pull your tags from the water and allow them to dry thoroughly before use.
You can hang them as pictured, or lay them on paper towels.
You can also gently dab them with a towel to help speed up the process.
Step Four
Use a hole punch to create holes in the tags.
Then use string or twine (pictured) to tie it onto your Halloween treat bags.
I used a brown paper bag, but you can also use a cellophane bag as well!
Alternatively, you can avoid the tea staining process by simply printing on brown kraft cardstock, or really any color of cardstock you want! Or, go a bit extra and use a beautiful linen color for an upscale switch out.
