How to Print the Digital Download Files

These free Easter party invitations are a digital file available as an instant download in my Subscriber's Library. Therefore they're super easy to access!

They will come as a PDF and can be opened using Adobe Reader. However, they typically automatically open in my Chrome Browser which has Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    To Print:

    1. Click on the download link (directly on the picture in the library).
    2. Then click on the download to Open the file.
    3. Before you print Choose your paper type. Invitations work well with 80 lb cardstock. But you could opt to have them printed professionally at a local (or not local) print shop. But if you choose normal-weight print paper they would be easier to fold and fit into a normal envelope.
    4. There is an 8.5"x11" version and a page with 2 - 5x7" prints.

Note: With some print shops you can also ask for a corresponding free envelope. When I've had them printed in the past they were nice to just throw them in.

    More Fun Easter Family Activities

Easter is a wonderful time to gather with family and friends and celebrate the season. In addition to the traditional Easter egg hunt, there are many other fun activities that families can enjoy together.

10 Out of the Box Family Fun Activities this Easter!

Let's explore some additional fun family activities that can be enjoyed on Easter, as well as provide inspiration for making the most of this joyful holiday.

    01 Egg Decorating

A fantastic fun way to celebrate the day is with a craft project. You could use paint, markers, stickers, glitter, and more to decorate hard-boiled eggs or plastic eggs.

    02 Egg Hunt

Have fun hiding plastic eggs, wooden eggs, or hard-boiled eggs around the house or backyard. Then send all the kiddos out with their baskets to collect!

03 "Make Your Own Basket" Party

Put together a fun craft day to create their own Easter baskets and then have the joy of filling their baskets full of treats!

    04 Throw an Egg Roll!

Don't actually throw an egg roll. However, throwing in a classic outdoor game like an egg roll into the mix is guaranteed fun. Such as laughing as you watch players use a large spoon to roll an egg across a lawn.

    05 Bonnet or Dress-Up Parade

Put on your Sunday best, or have everyone make their own Easter "bonnets" (hats for boys!) and then have a parade to show them off.

    06 Brunch or Dinner Traditions

Creating or maintaining a family tradition can be so important to mark holidays. Therefore creating a special meal together as a family to celebrate the holiday is a perfect choice!

    07 Easter Scavenger Hunt

Try this instead of an egg hunt this year! Give clues that lead to a special Easter treat, or use a grid map for an epic Easter treasure hunt.

    08 Family Photo Shoot

Dress up in your very best attire, pick a fun location, and then take some epic fun family photos that you can cherish for a lifetime.

    09 Egg Dying Party

It has been on my list to try different non-traditional ways of dying eggs using natural dyes, and silk ties, as well as continuing with reliable food coloring.

10 Story and Tea Time or Book Club

Invite family and friends over and read Easter-themed books, serve treats, and then have a discussion or a storytime together.

What would you add to this list? Let me know in the comments!
